Yoga Workshops and Teacher Training Programs



Yoga is a traditional science and art that encourages the synergy of the Holy Trinity: Body, Mind and Soul. As life is influenced by three energies – creation (Brahma), maintenance (Vishnu), and destruction (Shiva), and their continuous blend.

Yoga is popular in every corner of the world and an abundance of practitioners perform asanas in hundreds various styles, looking for better well-being, discovering meditation, trying to live more consciously. While ancient Yoga was focused on Spirituality, modern Yoga approach is concentrated on Health and Well-being. Yoga is a strong tool which can be used for many reasons. They comprise of an international team of experienced and certified yoga teachers who have been studying, practicing and sharing knowledge of yoga for many years in many places in the world. On that basis a team of experts were put together from ancient and from modern backgrounds, from spiritual and from scientific fields, from Europe and India for yoga teacher training courses.
  
Trimurti Yoga as a Yoga Alliance Teacher Training India offers Yoga Teacher Training Program, in the form of 30 day intensive 200 hours yoga teacher training programs in the best of locations across India and Europe. The curriculum involves starting early morning with Cleansing (Kriyas), Pranayama and Meditation while the participants study the whole day till evening Asana Practice & Relaxation Techniques.

Each day begins at around 6.00 am and finishes around 7.00 pm. 

During the day the students have one long lunch break and few smaller breaks for tea and healthy snacks. Breakfasts are eaten together after the morning yoga session. The program consists of lectures, practical yoga workshops and other activities (discussions, group activities, silent walks, karma yoga, watching movies, audio lectures, etc). Every Saturday there is only morning asana practice and additional workshops on students’ request whereas Sundays are completely free.

Trimurti invites all Yoga enthusiasts – beginners and advanced practitioners; those who would like to teach and those who just choose to improve and deepen their self-practice.

People with specific health issues are welcome to the school, however it is to be considered that the Yoga teachers training in Dharamsala is a 4-weeks intensive program with serious and deep physical training daily, therefore a fit and healthy body is the basic prerequisite to succeed, be motivated and disciplined. By participating in the Yoga Workshop or 200 hours yoga teacher training, each student earns the knowledge to advance their personal or career advancement respectively. As a Registered Yoga School, completing the YogaTeacher Training Program entitles the student to become a registered yoga teacher.
